***This new service (EPS2), lets your GP practice send your prescription electronically to us at C. Atkinson Chemist to get your medication or appliance without the need of paper in some cases. There is less need for people with repeat prescriptions to go to their GP practice just to collect a prescription form***

Our last 25 years at C. Atkinson Chemist in a FLASH…

My husband Raju and I came here in September, 1986.  C. Atkinson Chemist was our first business and a challenging one for us too. Counter staff-Janet Parker and Win Richards (both enjoying retirement now), helped us tremendously to build the business and more importantly build customer loyalty.

Pharmacy services have changed for the better over the years:

1. We can help patients better in managing medication usage, especially doing weekly dosage boxes where carers are involved.
2. We can do health checks which include blood pressure checks and Stop smoking services.
3. Patients are encouraged to ask for advice whenever needed.
4. We work as a team with our staff and strive to give consistent service to the local community and beyond.

Please note that you can give us a call on 020 8360 1671 during opening hours which is Monday to Saturday from 9:00am until 6:00pm and tell us if you need to request your medication(s) so we can have it ready for you to collect or even get them delivered to you if you are housebound infirm and do not have a carer who can fetch them for you. Please ask the pharmacist about these services.

You can also call us if you need advice on a particular product and we can reserve it for you for later collection.
