There is less need for people with repeat prescriptions to go to their GP practice just to collect a prescription form***

Our history at C. Atkinson Chemist in a FLASH

My husband Raju and I came to Grange Park in September 1986. It was our first business and challenging one for us.
Our Counter staff-Janet Parker and Win Richards (both enjoying retirement now) helped us tremendously to build the business and more importantly build customer loyalty.
We've followed a generation from babyhood to adulthood and one or two have even started to have children of their own!
We have seen many changes in our work over the past quarter century, most of them positive, including better preventative health services, early diagnosis and treatments to improve quality of life for people suffering from a wide range of conditions.
We are here to help so please ask. We work as a team with our staff and strive to give consistent service to the local community and beyond.

Pharmacy services have changed for the better over the years:

1. We can help patients better in managing medication usage, especially doing weekly dosage boxes where carers are involved.
2. We can do health checks which include blood pressure checks and Stop smoking services.
3. Patients are encouraged to ask for advice whenever needed.
4. We work as a team with our staff and strive to give consistent service to the local community and beyond.
